How it Works

Teachers, friends, family or student families can all purchase gift cards through Cash for Classrooms. Each customer will be prompted at checkout to select which classroom they'd like to benefit from their purchase.

With each purchase, a donation is made to your group from the card issuing merchant. YOU PAY NOTHING EXTRA! The donation percentage varies depending on each merchant.

Gift card orders are delivered directly to your home in about 7-10 days or less.

Donations are tracked and a check for the earnings will be issued directly to the registered classroom teacher on a quarterly basis.
Important Note: The donations are provided by Cash for Classrooms, it does not come from a reduction of the gift card value. Participants spend the full value of the gift cards, just like cash. The gift cards we offer are the same gift cards that you would purchase at the store with one important exception: Only Cash for Classroom gift cards generate cash back to the teacher’s classroom.

2) Once the classroom is created, you and your supporters can start shopping! Each purchase and all earnings are tracked in an account that you can access at any time.
3) Watch your mail for your Cash for Classrooms check every three months.
